Aaron Dueck

Aaron brings over 15 years of experience in residential, multi-family, and modular construction to the team at A&T. As a certified Red Seal Carpenter since 2013, Aaron is well-versed in all aspects of construction which is proven by a track record of safely leading a variety of crews. His expertise includes framing, drywall installation, and exterior finishing. Aaron’s educational background includes a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter certification from Thompson Rivers University in 2013, complemented by additional courses in building codes and safety. With a commitment to quality and safety, Aaron contributes significantly to the success of our construction projects.
Jason Burtch
Project Superintendent
Jason brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the trades and construction industries. Formerly a Carpenter/Skilled Labourer for A&T, Jason has played a pivotal role in numerous projects, witnessing them from site prep phases to completion. His commitment to project success and attention to detail has been a consistent theme throughout his career. Prior to joining A&T, Jason owned and operated his own business for six years, showcasing his motivation and discipline. With a background spanning commercial, civil work, industrial, and residential sectors, Jason’s vast experience contributes significantly to his role as a Project Superintendent.
Tracey Scott
Project Manager
With over three decades of dedicated service in the construction industry, Tracey’s journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence. Her career began in the field, where she learned the ropes by swinging a hammer. Over the years, she transitioned through various sectors, holding pivotal roles such as a Production & Logistics Manager and Business Owner. Today, she stands as an esteemed Project Manager at A&T.
Tracey’s journey in the construction industry has been marked by her role as a Project Manager at various leading companies, where she managed a wide range of responsibilities, including consultant coordination, trade tendering, progress billing, and efficient project closeouts. Notably, Tracey has successfully led complex projects, showcasing her remarkable ability to navigate unique architectural challenges and deliver successful outcomes. Her strong organizational and communication skills have been key to her success in these roles.
Tracey’s enthusiasm and dedication are evident in her approach to every project. In her spare time, she enjoys downhill skiing, hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors. Beyond her professional commitments, Tracey also sits on the Gulf and Fraser Fishermen’s Credit Union Board of Directors, reflecting her strong belief in cooperative principles and community. She’s more than ready to continue her journey with A&T, taking on new challenges and delivering excellence in the construction industry.
Braden Smith
Operations & Warranty Manager
Braden works on A&T’s team as the Operations and Warranty Manager. With a decade of construction experience, Braden has been an integral part of A&T for the past five years, working as a skilled laborer, carpenter, crane operator, and OFA level 3 First Aid attendant. As an apprenticed carpenter, Braden has a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction. His expertise spans from the ground-up builds of developments like The Hive, Village Walk, Echo Landing, and the BCSPCA, to full-scale renovations like the Delta Hotel and the Sagebrush roof reconstruction in Kamloops.
In his current role as the Operations and Warranty Manager, Braden is responsible for overseeing and managing all warranty work for A&T projects. This position requires exceptional communication, organizational skills, and a superior attention to detail. Braden takes pride in his ability to coordinate efficiently and deliver quality work that ensures customer satisfaction. Braden’s knowledge in the construction industry and his dedication to maintaining strong relationships make him an invaluable asset to the A&T team.
Andrew Bundas
Project Manager
As a Project Manager at A&T Project Developments, Andrew brings with him over a decade of experience working in the construction industry. Starting as a carpenter, Andrew worked his way up to a Foreman position and later into a Project Management role, all while building critical skills and knowledge. Andrew brings with him to A&T vast experience working on restoration, custom homes, and modular construction projects all while ensuring a safe, organized and well-maintained job site. Through his time in the construction industry, Andrew has refined his skills in blueprint interpretation, cost estimation, time management, project management and more.
Camille Krahn
Project Coordinator
Camille brings over 7 years of experience into her role as Project Coordinator with A&T. Through her time in the construction industry Camille has worked on a variety of projects from commercial tenant improvements, to large-scale commercial new builds, and multi-family housing projects. She works closely with our project management team from tendering phases through to completion to ensure success of each project. Her excellent interpersonal and communication skills come from a background in education, allowing her to effectively work with all project stakeholders.
Ana Cain
Accounting Assistant / Office Manager
Upon entering our office, you will be greeted by our friendly Accounting Assistant / Office Manager, Ana. Ana works hard to keep the office organized and running smoothly, as well as coordinating a large number of administrative and accounting related tasks.
Prior to working at A&T, Ana worked her way up through the medical field in a variety of administrative roles throughout the past decade. With a large variety of formal training in Project Management, Situation Management, Microsoft Programs, and more, Ana is able to back up her skills with a large scope of knowledge.
Mark Tommasini
Project Manager
Mark has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years with a heavy focus on the residential sector. Owning and operating his own construction company for 12 years gave Mark the opportunity to see a multitude of projects from the planning phases through to completion. Mark’s proven track record and experience allow him to keep projects on schedule and budget while communicating effectively with all project partners. Mark enjoys the variety that residential projects have to offer, and the reward of seeing the final product come to fruition.
Kris Lamotte
Project Superintendent
Kris brings enthusiasm and a passion for the construction industry to his job as Project Superintendent at A&T. With several years of experience in the industry, Kris has worked as a Superintendent on several large scale jobs across many industries including health care and government entities. Kris values clear communication with both sub-trades and clients in order to keep jobs on time and on budget.
Jason Brown
Project Superintendent
Jason has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked as both a foreman and a superintendent. Jason is a Red Seal Certified carpenter with the education to back up his diverse project experience. He has vast experience working on complex healthcare projects on occupied facilities, while bringing in knowledge and methodologies of safety and minimizing disruptions of day-to-day operations. Jason’s strengths include problem solving, attention to detail, and organizing and collaborating with multiple parties to achieve a successful project execution.
Steve Rhodes
Project Manager
Steve’s experience in the construction and development industry spans over 30 years, offering him a variety of projects including residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities, as well as various civil and site works. Having spent many years in the field, first as a carpenter, working his way to superintendent, and then as management in a construction office, Steve respects each person on a build, no matter their position. In management, he models hard work and honesty, leading by example whenever possible and in doing so, dedicates his resources to serve the team and the client. Steve’s vast work history affords him the ability to offer common-sense solutions to construction issues. It also permits him to understand the integration of all construction disciplines in a project and to communicate effectively with trades, vendors, consultants, shareholders, and authorities having jurisdiction.
Jeff Johnson

Jeff brings a wide variety of experience in industrial and commercial construction to A&T. Through his 24 years in the construction industry, with 10 years in a supervisory role, Jeff has proven himself to be an effective leader and communicator with staff members, sub-trades, and clients alike. As a trained CSO, Jeff always ensures that site safety is his top priority. Jeff has a proven track record of completing jobs on time and on budget.
Bruce Elvins
Project Superintendent
As a Project Superintendent, Bruce brings a wealth of experience to the A&T team. With over 25 years experience managing job sites, coordinating subtrades, and producing award winning custom homes and multifamily residences, Bruce has a historical track record of keeping projects on time and on budget. Bruce brings a positive attitude that motivates his team and sub-trades alike to meet critical timelines, maintain superior quality, and never sacrifice safety. He is dedicated to meeting problems head on and looks for creative and effective solutions in all of the projects he completes.
Brent Ortwein
Project Superintendent
As a Project Superintendent for A&T, Brent ensures that all activities, supplies, equipment and personnel on a job site are prepared and progress as planned. He ensures safety standards are maintained on the site each and every day and is the go-to guy for all labourers and trades, liaising closely on all site-specific details with our Project Managers. Brent has close to two decades experience as the most senior person on site for construction projects ranging from high-rise buildings and shopping centres to commercial and residential housing.
Alex Ramsay
Project Superintendent
With 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Alex has worked on a variety of projects in numerous sectors. His work has spanned from tenant improvements and new commercial construction to large scale multi-family developments. Having supervised the new construction of the Sun Peaks Health Centre and the tenant improvements at SKIN Clinic, Alex has gained valuable experience in health care construction. As a site superintendent Alex ensures that deadlines and budgets are tightly maintained, while never sacrificing his fierce dedication to quality craftsmanship and safe, healthy work environments.
Jiyoon Oh
Project Manager
Jiyoon has a lengthy background and training in structural engineering, with several years of experience in the industry. Three years ago, she made a career change into development and construction and she has not looked back since. She enjoys development because it allows her to see a project go from conceptual design stage to a completed structure, all while being involved in every miniscule detail that goes along with it.
Born in Seoul, South Korea, Jiyoon’s family immigrated to Canada when she was 7 years old where she grew up in Langley, BC. She swam competitively growing up, and even though she no longer swims competitively, her competitive side still lives strong. Now in her spare time, Jiyoon runs and hikes in the summer and snowboards in the winter.
Corry Hall
Sales & Marketing Specialist
Corry works as an integral part of A&T’s sales and marketing team as the Sales and Marketing Specialist. With a degree in Tourism Management from Thompson Rivers University and several years of sales and marketing experience with both Tourism Sun Peaks and the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel, Corry brings a blend of marketing-related skills and experience into her position at A&T.
Corry has a passion for all aspects of the digital space from social media marketing to content marketing, and she brings this excitement with her into her daily work. Having a mix of both creative and analytical skills, Corry enjoys working on a large variety of projects while maintaining strong values of adaptability and integrity. She works closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to build and sustain A&T’s high benchmark of sales and marketing practices.
When not working, Corry can often be found enjoying the outdoors by rock climbing, hiking, biking, camping, or skiing.
Shannon Copeland
Health & Safety Officer

Shannon brings extensive knowledge to her role as Health & Safety Officer, with 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She is a certified CSO and Level 3 First Aid Attendant and she has spent 15 years making safe work places her number one priority. Shannon is indigenous to Stl’atl’imx territory and her down to earth, disciplined strength derives from a strong sense of culture and tradition. Her diverse background and interpersonal skills allow her to engage effortlessly and effectively with people at every level.
She utilizes her robust experience, extensive training, and practical, no nonsense approach to implement comprehensive safety programs, and can customize procedures to suit uniquely challenging job sites. Shannon is committed to ensuring that A&T’s health and safety program is followed rigorously by every employee, on every job site.
During her free time Shannon loves to spend quality time with her family including her husband, ‘kidults’ and her grandkids.
Nicola Tripp
Sales & Marketing Manager

With a degree in Business and Economics and years of experience in A&T’s sales and marketing department, Nicola now leads all sales and marketing activities for the company and its real estate development projects.
She drives all market research and works closely with senior management throughout the design phase of new developments. She then leads A&T’s team, and a trusted group of sales and marketing specialists, through the planning, positioning and sales process on each project. Nicola ensures that all marketing and sales practices and assets are developed and implemented to A&T’s highest standards.
Having worked in the non-profit sector for many years, Nicola understands firsthand the importance of giving back and paying forward. She has previously volunteered with the Kamloops Rotaract Club and she continuously looks for ways to further support her community.
When not in the office, you will typically find her enjoying the great outdoors either camping, hiking or looking for a new lake to paddle.
Nadine Mundt
Financial Controller – Construction

Nadine handles all accounting for A&T’s commercial and residential projects, ensuring that every dollar is accounted for. Her impeccable work ethic and attention to detail ensure that every project is completed on budget.
As graduate of UBC and TRU, Nadine holds her Bachelor of International Business and Bachelor of Business in accounting, giving her a diverse knowledge base and strong organization, communication, and problem solving skills. Before joining the team at A&T, Nadine worked at several large accounting firms, including Daley & Company, and was the in-house accountant at a local law firm for 4 years. Her years of experience include work in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, CRA remittances, and much more.
Born and raised in Germany, Nadine speaks 3 languages, and brings a unique perspective to A&T. When she isn’t crunching numbers she is busy staying active and enjoying quality time with her family.
Chris Ruttan

As a Project Manager at A&T Chris handles the logistics of many residential and commercial projects. With over 30 years in construction, Chris has developed a wealth of experience in a range of industry sectors. From high rises and multi-family developments to property restoration and residential builds, Chris has seen it all. As a project manager he utilizes his extensive knowledge to carefully plan projects, problem solve effectively, and communicate clearly with all of the project stakeholders.
Having owned his own business for many years, Chris understands firsthand the importance of completing projects on time and on budget.
When Chris isn’t on a job site, you’ll likely find him enjoying the great outdoors with his family. Whether it’s fishing, camping and motorcycling, or playing hockey, coaching and doing restoration projects, Chris always finds ways to make the most of life in Kamloops.
Michelle Anderson

As a Project Manager, Michelle coordinates the many logistics involved in large scale construction projects. Her responsibilities span from scope of work, tenders, permitting, estimating and budget management to sub-trade contracts, document management and liaison with architects, engineers and designers. She is also responsible for the delivery and review of owner warranties.
Michelle’s blend of training in project management, LEED Green Building Systems and an on-the-job education in residential construction management, has earned her the respect of clients and colleagues alike. Combined with the fact that she has owned and operated her own business, Michelle truly understands owners and their priorities.
A Saskatchewan girl, she does say some unique things from time to time. But when she’s talking about job cost budget analysis, everyone understands what she means – that nothing gets spent without owner approval.
Kyle MacBurney
Project Manager
Kyle is a journeyman carpenter by training who hails from Williams Lake, BC. Folks from Williams Lake are self-sufficient. For Kyle, hanging with the guys usually involved fixing something. True to his roots, Kyle has become skilled at much more than carpentry. He has spent the past decade acquiring the skills and safety training to lay foundations, operate fork lifts and man lifts, install almost every type of roofing and he knows his way around plumbing and heating like a tradesperson knows their tools.
When Kyle is on a site, he wants the job done well. His commitment to quality is only surpassed by his commitment to safety. He is certified in Fall Protection, Mobile Equipment Operation and has been trained in WHMIS.
During his many years as a site superintendent, Kyle has supervised a variety of projects, guiding the team and trades through challenges, keeping the project on schedule, maintaining A&T’s dedication to high quality building, and above all ensuring that safety is always the number one priority on site. Now Kyle puts his wealth of experience and his commitment to exceeding client expectations to work as a Project Manager.
For Kyle, working at A&T combines what he values most – opportunity and pride. He loves looking at the beautiful work they do and he knows how many jobs he works on at A&T are for repeat customers – something he says is the best thing that can happen in the construction industry.
Brent Ortwein

Brent has close to two decades experience as the most senior person on site for construction projects ranging from high-rise buildings and shopping centres to commercial and residential housing. As part of the A&T team, he has supervised the $16 M. construction of a large scale multi-family development at Sun Peaks Resort and the $10M construction of a premium urban multifamily development in the downtown core of Kamloops.
Brent is certified in Swing Stage (suspension scaffolding) Systems and is trained in Confined Space Entry and Monitoring.
Lindsay Stobbe
Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, Lindsay is the go-to person for things day to day in the office – arranging permits, issuing purchase orders, finalizing contracts and making sure important information is at everyone’s fingertips.
With nearly two decades of experience as a Project Coordinator, she is the type of support person who has a pulse on everything and is the first one people turn to for answers. She thrives on multi-tasking and likes a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment – which makes her a good fit for A&T and our clients.
Lindsay spent every summer of her childhood at a hunting camp so there are very few things that stump her and if one does, she’ll ‘figure it out’.
Ask Lindsay about her job at A&T and she will talk less about what she does and more about how it feels to be part of a team working with people she sincerely respects.
Carla Tyson
Financial Controller – Development

Carla loves numbers. She loves when they line up exactly as they should. Which is why she’s responsible for the company’s annual budgeting and forecasting of all things financial. She manages the company’s accounts payable and receivable as well as all remittances required by Revenue Canada. She manages all job costing on development projects, reporting on commercial and residential projects and knows our project financial management software, Maestro, inside and out. She is our accounting software expert and if there is ever a problem, she is the one to fix it. She keeps track of every dollar. And enjoys it.
Carla joined A&T after more than a decade of experience as an accountant for KPMG and as the Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accountant for the British Columbia Lottery Corporation.
She holds a diploma in Accounting from Thompson Rivers University. She also completed levels 1-3 of the CGA program in pursuit of her professional accountant designation and regularly takes accounting courses to stay updated on all accounting policies and procedures.
Managing money is sometimes not the most warm and fuzzy job. But Carla is easy going and always welcoming. And she gets her warm and fuzzies at work by visiting one of our many office dogs.
Frank Quinn

Frank brings over 30 years’ experience as a lawyer, developer, corporate strategist and governance leader to his role with A&T. He is a visionary who identifies opportunity then pairs it with relevant knowledge, prudence and the right partnerships to make good ideas happen. He oversees the company’s land negotiations and acquisitions, and leads the research and analysis required to ensure its major developments and projects are not only feasible but successful. He also directs and supervises the investment, design and planning decisions required for each of A&T’s major multi-family and commercial projects.
He has helped guide and govern several provincial, regional and local business, community, health and educational organizations. Frank’s commitment to the community has also led him to sit on the board of directors for the Kamloops Food Bank, an organization that he values deeply.
Together with his wife Cathy, he is a father to three, a grandfather to five and a trusted and devoted friend to many. He is uncompromising in his commitments to others but equally devoted to the intense pursuit of his interests – which include heli-skiing, mountain climbing and mountain biking.
Gary Reed

A graduate of UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Gary combines years of leadership as A&T’s former VP Sales and Marketing with the proven endurance of a two-time Track and Field Olympian.
As one of the company partners, Gary leads the research, evaluation, legal structure and strategy for all its development opportunities. He is also responsible for contracts related to land acquisitions on large scale developments. Once a project is in play, he leads the A&T team and its trusted group of consultants through the research, design, planning and finance process. Gary is a results-oriented manager with a strong record of empowering others to meet and exceed goals.
Together with his wife, Gary is raising their two young daughters to be active, athletic and adventurous.
Brandon Lolli
Vice President of Construction / Partner

As a Partner and member of the company’s senior management team, Brandon oversees construction operations including project estimating, scheduling, permitting and development approvals. He hires, manages and evaluates all Project Managers, project superintendents, assistant superintendents and construction personnel and ensures that all equipment and materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there. He ensures projects progress on schedule without ever compromising the company-wide commitment to secure and safety-first workplaces.
Brandon has directed the successful completion of multiple commercial and lease hold improvement projects including hotel, retail, recreation, office, industrial and residential within the region. He is a Certified Red Seal Carpenter and an Accredited Project Manager who credits his mentors with teaching him the importance of detail and an honest work ethic. Something he believes to be the values held firmly within A&T.
Brandon is proud of his work and of what he has built for his growing family – his mom, partner and their two young children.
Jeff Arnold
President

Jeff is a humble leader who is guided as much by his principles as his business acumen. As President and Founder of A&T Project Developments Inc., he has built the company from the ground up over the past 25 years. With a formal education in business administration and decades of experience in the construction industry, he has refined the skill of building and supporting a team who is committed to the company’s values and goals. He leads by example while setting and managing corporate strategy – and then fosters the relationships with staff, clients, consultants and trades to ensure goals are met with the highest standard of quality, safety, accountability and ‘moral’ judgement. And he ensures the financial health of the organization, knowing that good financial management benefits everyone.
As a Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal Certified Project Manager, he understands both the challenges and solutions of large scale construction projects and maintains final responsibility for the construction approvals and processes of A&T’s major projects. More than 1000 residential, commercial and multi-family projects have been successfully completed under Jeff’s leadership.
He is a recognized business leader who is community-minded and generously supports those organizations who help others. He has a track record of community service and served as a board member and president of the Kamloops Food Bank for many years.
When he is not working on the business, he’s pursuing a personal goal like climbing a mountain, trekking across a foreign land or guiding his two daughters toward a life of health, happiness and success.
